Backed by a 5-year warranty and a lifespan of 50,000 hours, it meets the rigorous demands of modern lighting professionals.
SL-OD-RGB30K series tape light
RGB tape light requires a controller along with a remote or phone app to manage the color output and brightness. The controller can be set to a static color or the 3000K white, or alternatively a "rolling" color feature can be set which continuously shifts the color output, blending smoothly from one hue to the next.

FAQ
Does this tape light require a driver?
Yes. This tape requires 24V DC so a power supply with enough capacity is required. See our driver selection here. This tape also requires a controller which is sold separately.
Is this tape light dimmable?
Yes. See our article about dimming tape lighting here.
Can this tape light be used outdoors?
Yes, it's IP67 rated.
Can multiple runs of tape light be run end-to-end?
Yes. This tape has a maximum run length of 40ft. For runs over 40 feet you'll need an amplifier and additional drivers. See our article about powering multiple runs here.
Does this tape light get hot?
No. This tape is cool to the touch when installed properly.
Will the adhesive stick to bare wood?
No. NSL uses a high quality 3M adhesive but for long-term success a smooth nonporous mounting surface is required. Often times shelves and cabinets are constructed with wood that is coated with a laminate material that's compatible with adhesive, but if your application has a rough or porous surface then you should install NSL #SL-RGBW-EX-39 (these are 1 meter long extrusions) aluminum channel to hold the tape.
